Shipping Policy: 

All orders are processed within the same day or 1-3 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We are currently shipping to US, UK, France, and Germany. Shipping cost is free for standard delivery. Same day delivery not available.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns and Refund Policy:

We have a very simple and easy Return and Refund Policy. As the name suggests, we either refund you for the purchase made or you can return the product. What you need to make sure of is, 60 days have not gone by since you made the purchase. In case it is past 60 days, unfortunately our company policy does not allow us to either refund or accept return.

In order to be able to return a product, it must be in the same condition as it was when you bought it and most certainly unused. The product should be in its original packaging. In case the product you wish to return is damaged or used, it will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange. A very important part of the return procedure is the receipt or the proof of purchase which needs to be produced.

Refunds (if applicable):

This is how the Refund Process works. Once we receive the product returned, we will notify you through an email stating we have received it. Next, we will review the product returned and notify you once again with regards to the approval or rejection of the refund. In case of an approval, we will process the refund and the amount will be automatically credited to you within a mentioned number of working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

In case you don’t receive the amount, first try rechecking your account and then get in touch with your bank. It often takes time for the updated amount to get reflected.
